How can I purchase a piece?

You're in the right place!

Scheduled updates will be announced and advertised throughout the year. These updates consist of all new work and pieces are available 'first come first serve' on my website (jennleejewelry.com) New pieces and collections will be previewed beforehand on my instagram page (@jennleejewelry) Some pieces sell quickly- I recommend creating an account, logging in, and being on the site just before the scheduled time.

Made to order and a limited number of one of a kind pieces will always be available on my site, so have a look around! And enjoy!!

Can I reserve a piece before an update?

Unfortunately no, I can not reserve pieces. To give everyone a fair and equal chance pieces will not be held or sold before updates.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of a small business providing handmade goods I do not issue refunds. Please read the description of the item thoroughly before purchasing. All sales are final. If you have a concern or question please reach out to me. I will do my best to accommodate your requests!

Resizes:

I can not resize items unless stated otherwise in the description. When ordering a ring please be sure of your size before purchasing. Your local jewelry retailer will be happy to size you at no cost!

Repairs:

Handmade jewelry is created with extra love and should be cared for with the same! Pieces are delicate and fragile. If a piece is dropped, submerged in water, or damaged at the fault of the wearer a repair or replacement can be made at a cost. Although I spend extra time ensuring your package will arrive safely accidents do happen! If you receive a damaged piece please take photos immediately and send me an email. 

Shipping:

Each order is mailed 'priority' using the United States Post Office. The post office is still experiencing extraordinary delays. Once an order is mailed delays and lost packages are out of my control. However, I will always do my best to help look into any issues! All mailed orders will have a tracking number which can be found in your confirmation email after purchasing.
